Trafet. By using the Service, you agree to the

We collect information to provide a better service to our users.
Depending on your chosen authentication method, the types of data we
collect include:
Personal Info

Email Address: This is our primary identifier for
your account. It is collected when you sign in via
Google Sign-In or
Email and Password to manage your account and provide
secure access.

Name: We only collect your name if you choose to sign
in via Google Sign-In (as provided by your Google
Profile). We do not collect or require your name if you register using
the Email and Password method.

User ID: A unique, system-generated identifier stored
in our backend to securely distinguish your data and preferences from
other users.

Authentication Security: For Email/Password users,
your credentials are encrypted and managed by
Firebase Authentication. We do not store or have
access to your plain-text passwords.
Location Data
Our application uses location services to enhance your experience. To
provide accurate navigation and mapping features, we utilize the Google
Maps SDK.
Location Usage: We collect your
Approximate and Precise Location to enable the "My
Location" feature on the map and to improve the accuracy of Search
Autocomplete results through Location Bias.
This data is only accessed when the app is in use and is necessary for
the core functionality of our mapping services.
Device Information & Identifiers
To ensure reliable delivery of services and communication, we collect
certain technical identifiers:

Push Notification Token (FCM): We collect a unique
token provided by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). This is used solely
to send push notifications and important app updates. This token is
not used to identify your physical device outside of our app's
communication needs.

Device Metadata: We may collect basic information
such as device model and operating system version to optimize app
performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with the
following third-party service providers to ensure core app functionality
and security:

Firebase Infrastructure (by Google): We rely on the
Firebase platform to provide the essential technical foundation for
the Trafet app. This includes several specialized services:

Authentication & Database: We use Firebase
Authentication to securely manage user accounts and Cloud
Firestore to store user preferences. This ensures your data is
synchronized and accessible only to you.

Cloud Functions: We use backend logic to process
sensitive operations, such as the automated secure deletion of
your account and associated data upon request.

Analytics: We collect anonymous usage statistics,
such as which features are most frequently used and how users
navigate the app. This data helps us optimize the user interface
and improve the overall "Trafet" experience. This information is
aggregated and does not personally identify you.

Cloud Messaging (FCM): We use this service to
send time-sensitive notifications, such as important service
updates or information regarding your account status, directly to
your device.

Crashlytics: To ensure the highest reliability,
we monitor app stability. When a technical error occurs, Firebase
collects a crash logs, so our team can identify and fix the issue
promptly.

Google Maps SDK & Location Services: To deliver the
core routing and navigation features of Trafet, we utilize Google Maps
services. This involves processing your location data to provide
real-time interactive maps, precise location bias for faster
destination searching, and the calculation of optimized routes to help
you avoid traffic. This data is processed dynamically to ensure that
the route information provided is accurate and relevant to your
current position, enhancing your overall journey efficiency.
All service providers are prohibited from using your personal
information for any purpose other than providing these services to us.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active
or as needed to provide you with our services. You have the right to
access, update, or delete your information at any time.
How to Delete Your Data
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data
(including your profile information and saved preferences), you can do
so through the following methods:
Note: Once you confirm the deletion request, the
process is permanent. Your data will be removed from our active
databases and Firebase Authentication records immediately.
4. Security
We prioritize the security of your information and implement
industry-standard measures to protect it:

(Secure Socket Layer) connections.
